PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ms. Kearney has developed an expertise in defending claims arising under the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Ms. Kearney has counseled and represented a broad range of clients from sole owner employers to national and multi-national companies, self-insured employers, and insurers.
She is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court.
